I am a very particular person when it comes to things like punctuality, neatness and cleanliness. Maid to Smile has never disappointed me in any one of those areas. The cleaners arrive on time and leave my home amazingly clean. How they can accomplish so much so quickly, I’ll never know. When the crews leave, my house is not just spotless, it is antiseptic. I love it!

I cannot imagine a better customer service experience.  Maid to Smile took excellent care of me when I used them back in August.  My small condo was a mess after an untidy resident, and they were able to work wonders.  The cleaners were punctual, polite, and very efficient.  The place smelled delicious and fresh after they were finished. My family and I have lived here in Virginia for a few years, and let me say, we’ve had our share of good and bad maid service. Given those circumstances, we decided to try out a different house cleaning company (Maid to Smile) for our Move In cleaning, and I must say, I was totally satisfied with their services. Not only do they have a great guarantee policy, but they actually had a supervisor come and check out the cleaners work to make sure we were happy. Of course you can’t expect everything to be ‘perfect’ but their willingness and accommodation totally makes up for that. We have been using their services for several months now, and we couldn’t be any happier. I’ve been using Maid to Smile services for several months now and have always had a magnificent experience with them. From the initial conversation with customer service to the professionals who cleaned my disgusting apartment, everything Maid to Smile did was first-class all the way around. I have several friends who also use them and love the service as well. It’s hard to find a reputable cleaning service that is responsive and they do it better than anyone I have used (and I’ve been living in VA for 10 years). In addition the pricing is very affordable and since I’m home during the cleanings sometimes, it’s nice to be able to communicate or interact with the professional cleaners.

Maid to Smile is great.  My home looks brand new again – and it was looking pretty bad! I was shocked when I came back to a pristine home. Their prices are great. They were in and out in 2 hours. I also used them to have my carpets professionally cleaned. They currently look white as snow (hopefully I can maintain this). Their services really do make you smile!

Pros: Easy to book online. Easy to reach on the phone. Email reminders, nice. Friendly over the phone and in person. The team arrived exactly on time – not early, which is annoying, not late, which is even more annoying. They were fast, professional, and courteous. They were nice to my cats. And when they were done, my house was nice and clean without smelling like chemicals.

Cons: Haven’t found any yet.
